2. We will send to your email the contract for you to read it, review it and if you have any questions, solve them.

3. If you agree with the conditions of the contract, send it back:

• - The contract completely filled out in the required fields and signed.
• - Your official ID,
• - Proof of transfer the amount equivalent to the security deposit.

4. If everything is OK, we will resend the signed contract on our behalf.

5. Now you just need to give us more details of your arrival so we can have everything ready. 

6. On the day of your arrival you will have to complete the payment of the current month's rent.
