Absolutely! You can visit the house either virtually through an online tour or by scheduling an appointment to visit the property in person. In both cases, we would be delighted to show you the house and answer any questions you may have.
Absolutely! We love the idea of you being able to share your home with family and friends. We just ask that visitors respect the harmony of the home and follow the instructions found in the house manual. Additionally, it's important to note that visits lasting more than two consecutive days will be considered as additional people in the house and will incur an extra cost. But don't worry, we'll be happy to help you arrange everything necessary to make your guests feel comfortable and welcome. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything else!
Of course we do! We love animals, but pets are only allowed for a maximum of two days per month and with the permission of the administrator.
Unfortunately, no parties are allowed in the house. We want to ensure that we maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment for all residents, including our neighbors.
Room cleaning service and any other extra cleaning service, such as cleaning of dishes, towels or any other personal items, are not included in the rent.
Currently, we do not have laundry services in the house, but don't worry, there are laundromats nearby. Also, for your convenience, we have an agreement with the BURBUCLEAN laundry, which is only 3 meters from the house, and we offer a 10% discount on cash payment.
Yes! Sheets and towels are included in the accommodation for your convenience. However, please note that the cleaning of the sheets and towels is your responsibility during your stay.
We understand that choosing a room in a new country can be a difficult choice to make. And we know that there can be special circumstances that could change your plans before coming into your new house. These next points, explain the process for any cancellations and the costs it implies.
1.-Cancellations within the first 5 days after you made your reservation/deposit payment.
During this 5-days period you can contact us and ask for a cancellation, we will analyze your case and the full amount may be refund.
2.-Cancellations after the first 5 days after you made your reservation/deposit payment. If you decide to cancel your room after the first 5 days of your reservation/deposit, the payment of the reservation fee is not refundable.
3.-Cancellations after your arrival.
If you decide to cancel your booking after you have signed your contrat or after you have moved into your room, you are tied to the terms of the agreement on which you decided to participate. This means that the security deposit and the first month's rent are non-refundable.
