The house is located in the heart of the city very close to super markets, stores, markets, restaurants, and the incredible Chapultepec forest just a few blocks away. Just around the corner you will find a laundry service where you can wash your clothes and have them ironed if necessary. For smaller purchases we recommend the nearby Oxxo, which can be reached in about 5 minutes.

Do you like sports? The Chapultepec Park offers a wide range of sporting activities. The Chapultepec Castle can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. In addition, the park offers a number of museums, which is why art lovers will not miss out here.

 The trendy quarter of Condesa can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. There are lots of bars and restaurants waiting for you to be discovered. The also famous district Polanco can be reached by public transport within half an hour or in 15 minutes by taxi. Polanco is ideal for shopping trips and clubbing.

• Rooms are only rented for full months, not for less than 30 days 
• Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month, regardless of the day the contract is signed.
• The security deposit must be paid on the day the contract is signed
• Only at the end of your stay the deposit will be returned.
• The first month's rent must be paid 15 days before your arrival.
• To ensure that you enjoy a worry-free stay, we require a deposit equivalent to one month's rent to be used to cover any damage, lack of property or breach of contract at the end of your stay. We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Absolutely! You can visit the house either virtually through an online tour or by scheduling an appointment to visit the property in person. In both cases, we would be delighted to show you the house and answer any questions you may have.

Your room rental includes:

• Fully furnished room (depending on the characteristics of each space)

• Cleaning of common areas (Monday through Friday) — only to maintain general order and keep bathrooms clean

• Personal access keys and room key
• Welcome kit with basic personal consumables (toilet paper, soap, sponge, and a trash bag)

What is not included in the rent:

• Room cleaning
• Any type of extra or deep cleaning
• Dishwashing (including pots, pans, or kitchen utensils)
• Laundry service for personal items (including towels or clothes)
• Cleaning or replacement of bed linens and towels during the stay
• Personal hygiene products or toiletries
• Replacement of lost keys
• Cleaning of shared areas after personal use (each resident is expected to clean up after themselves)
• Personal consumables such as soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. (only a welcome kit is provided upon arrival)

Yes! Sheets and towels are included in the accommodation for your convenience. However, please note that you are responsible for keeping them clean during your stay. We provide one set of sheets and towels, but we highly recommend bringing an extra set so you always have a fresh one available while washing the other. Additionally, while we do not require a deposit, we kindly ask that you return all provided items clean and neatly organized upon your departure.

We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. Visitors are welcome until 10:00 pm, as long as the peaceful atmosphere of the home and consideration for other guests are respected.

Occasionally, a guest may stay overnight for one night only—no consecutive nights are allowed, and this should remain an exception rather than a regular occurrence. Most importantly, we ask that all guests show full respect for the house rules and for the shared environment, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone.

Of course we do! We love animals, but pets are only allowed for a maximum of two days per month and with the permission of the administrator.

Unfortunately, no parties are allowed in the house. We want to ensure that we maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment for all residents, including our neighbors.

Currently, we do not have laundry services in the house, but don't worry, there are laundromats nearby. 

We understand that choosing a room in a new country can be a difficult choice to make. And we know that there can be special circumstances that could change your plans before coming into your new house. These next points, explain the process for any cancellations and the costs it implies.

1.-Cancellations within the first 5 days after you made your  reservation/deposit payment.

During this 5-days period you can contact us and ask for a cancellation, we will analyze your case and the full amount may be refund.

2.-Cancellations after the first 5 days after you made your reservation/deposit payment. If you decide to cancel your room after the first 5 days of your  reservation/deposit, the payment of the reservation fee is not refundable.

3.-Cancellations after your arrival.

If you decide to cancel your booking after you have signed your contrat or after you have moved into your room, you are tied to the terms of the agreement on which you decided to participate. This means that the security deposit and the first month's rent are non-refundable.
