The house is located in the heart of the city very close to super markets, stores, markets, restaurants, and the incredible Chapultepec forest just a few blocks away. Just around the corner you will find a laundry service where you can wash your clothes and have them ironed if necessary. For smaller purchases we recommend the nearby Oxxo, which can be reached in about 5 minutes.

Do you like sports? The Chapultepec Park offers a wide range of sporting activities. The Chapultepec Castle can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. In addition, the park offers a number of museums, which is why art lovers will not miss out here.

 The trendy quarter of Condesa can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. There are lots of bars and restaurants waiting for you to be discovered. The also famous district Polanco can be reached by public transport within half an hour or in 15 minutes by taxi. Polanco is ideal for shopping trips and clubbing.

• Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month, regardless of the day the contract is signed.

• The first month's rent must be paid 15 days before your arrival.
• To ensure that you enjoy a worry-free stay, we require a deposit equivalent to one month's rent to be used to cover any damage, lack of property or breach of contract at the end of your stay. We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Room cleaning service and any other extra cleaning service, such as cleaning of dishes, towels or any other personal items, are not included in the rent.

Absolutely! You can visit the house either virtually through an online tour or by scheduling an appointment to visit the property in person. In both cases, we would be delighted to show you the house and answer any questions you may have.

Absolutely! We love the idea of you being able to share your home with family and friends. We just ask that visitors respect the harmony of the home and follow the instructions found in the house manual. Additionally, it's important to note that visits lasting more than two consecutive days will be considered as additional people in the house and will incur an extra cost. But don't worry, we'll be happy to help you arrange everything necessary to make your guests feel comfortable and welcome. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything else!

Of course we do! We love animals, but pets are only allowed for a maximum of two days per month and with the permission of the administrator.

Unfortunately, no parties are allowed in the house. We want to ensure that we maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment for all residents, including our neighbors.

Room cleaning service and any other extra cleaning service, such as cleaning of dishes, towels or any other personal items, are not included in the rent.

Currently, we do not have laundry services in the house, but don't worry, there are laundromats nearby. 

Yes! Sheets and towels are included in the accommodation for your convenience. However, please note that you are responsible for keeping them clean during your stay. We provide one set of sheets and towels, but we highly recommend bringing an extra set so you always have a fresh one available while washing the other. Additionally, while we do not require a deposit, we kindly ask that you return all provided items clean and neatly organized upon your departure.

We understand that choosing a room in a new country can be a difficult choice to make. And we know that there can be special circumstances that could change your plans before coming into your new house. These next points, explain the process for any cancellations and the costs it implies.

1.-Cancellations within the first 5 days after you made your  reservation/deposit payment.

During this 5-days period you can contact us and ask for a cancellation, we will analyze your case and the full amount may be refund.

2.-Cancellations after the first 5 days after you made your reservation/deposit payment. If you decide to cancel your room after the first 5 days of your  reservation/deposit, the payment of the reservation fee is not refundable.

3.-Cancellations after your arrival.

If you decide to cancel your booking after you have signed your contrat or after you have moved into your room, you are tied to the terms of the agreement on which you decided to participate. This means that the security deposit and the first month's rent are non-refundable.
